The reaction is karma, the answer is freedom that resides in responding. If you react, karma is created, if you respond, karma is not created. You have to understand that, you don’t have to react.

You react, they react, you react more, they react more and faster, there is war, so Karma has no end to reacting.

Eliminate the reaction from your life.

Every reaction is the creation of karma and we human beings don’t realize it. We are Karma creation machines. The reaction is karma, the response is freedom, from where you react, karma is created, if you respond, karma is not created. You have to understand that, you don’t have to react.

What are we going to do, am I going to react every time someone says something to me, am I going to be tied up there, am I going to be obliged?

Create a space to respond, rather than react.

There is a space between the stimulus and the response, how big that space is, it is where your ability to respond resides, when this space does not exist, there is reaction, when this space is wide (taking into account the last responsible moment) there is freedom of choice and responsibility is created for side effects.

Reaction is based on moods, feelings, and external circumstances, it is a common practice.

Pausing and responding based on values, principles, and purpose empowers you.

To do this, we must create space between the stimulus and the response, draw on our self-knowledge, imagination, awareness, independent will, and our responsibility of our next steps.

In a situation that becomes difficult, that escalates in a second, we have to pause and choose a proactive response, for which we have to think about our gifts and our internal resources first, let’s decide on a proactive response, which is also based on our purpose, on our freedom to choose, on our responsibility, on our circle of influence if necessary.

Choosing a set of different risks is not choosing larger risks, you can improve something incrementally, choosing small risks, with a conservative stance. This is different from choosing different risks, which implies that they are totally new, unknown, which makes us feel more vulnerable because we need to expand our threshold and our resilience. If we evaluate the new risks in detail, they may seem dangerous but many times it is just a feeling, not a fact.

An unconventional approach should not be dangerous, but different. Accepting another set of risks means we are trapped, hemmed in by habits, assuming we are playing it safe, when we are simply avoiding the unknown.

Many times, we don’t get what we want, because we don’t even try. There seems to be a psychological compensation mechanism for not trying things, which supposedly protects us from the discomfort, the pain, the shame of not achieving our goals. The doubts that betray us, act as overprotective friends, disempower us and warn us to respect our self-established boundaries. We must doubt our limitations and respect our potential, take the risk to believe in ourselves, use our potential and the opportunities that arise.

Losing is not even trying, trying is the only viable option, it’s not about choosing whether to risk, it’s about what risk we will choose, your personal limits are determined primarily by what you are willing to try.

Our risks of omission tend to harm us more than our risks of commission. When we avoid a risk, its ability to deceive us increases.

We need to discover the lighthouse today and find the edge of reality at risk.

Unquestionable self-doubts grow stronger. Let’s challenge them and we will become stronger.

There is no logic in not trying, but what is certain is that if you don’t try you are already failing.

Focus on the goal you want to achieve, constantly in your thoughts and imagination. Carry an image of yourself achieving the goal in your mind. You don’t have to know how you’re going to get there, but you do need to know where you want to go. We develop a clear image of where we want to go, a destination, an objective, aligned with the heart. Make your goal specific. Let’s pay close attention to the details. Let’s start by working on defining our objective, not by worrying about knowing everything that will be necessary to get from here to there.

When we do something for the first time and make it work, we discover our inherent potential. The necessary technique, the “means”, simply evolve in the process, knowing how to do it beforehand is not an obstacle, it is fun to discover.

Cultivating an open mind, focused on objectives and being true believers in experimentation, will lead us to achieve what we are looking for, therefore the recommendation is to focus more on the ends, than on the means to achieve what we want, we do the path by walking, and we enjoyed it.

Ignore the doubt about your abilities, put it on pause, if you want, the doubt is created by the lack of evidence, or by the lack of visualization of it, otherwise it will disappear, if you have to doubt something you have to do it, we have to doubt our limits, not about our potential. We have to take advantage of the availability of innovative opportunities and their possibilities to make a quantum leap.

The key is to behave as if we have full faith, give everything so we have and take action. What would we do if we knew our efforts were successful? How would we proceed? Would we write a book? Would we create a business?

There is no need to eliminate doubt to ignore it for the moment. Let’s leave it there, uninfluenced, while we produce a remarkable set of results acting as if our success is certain.

Instead of letting doubt decide what you will do, decide what you are going to do with your doubt.

Thinking inside the box is thinking based on what people today commonly believe, thinking beyond common sense is thinking outside the box, unconventionally, in an uncommon way.

The great inventions of humanity were created thinking outside the box, no one believed they could be achieved, many of them emerged from science fiction books or were executed by crazy people to whom no one paid attention.

Thinking inside the box is focusing on common obstacles, relying on past experiences, on known behavior patterns, on type b and c objectives, something that we know can be achieved, but no, it creates excitement by doing it.

Obtain the same results, play it safe, be afraid of making mistakes, remember, look for valuable mistakes, the only thing we must review are the lessons learned from the mistake, so as not to make the same mistake, but to do things differently. . According to the lessons learned, if we are not wrong we will be playing in a very high comfort range.

If we want different results we must start thinking about what we want, otherwise we know that it can be useful to start with what we don’t want, what we will inertially achieve if we continue doing the same thing and don’t want it. he. and from there know what we don’t want. We want to be able to outline what we want, it is an anti-vision. A quantum leap requires us to start thinking about what we want, rather than what common sense tells us is reasonable to expect.

Thinking inside the box doesn’t mean you can achieve amazing things.

The question is:

What would be the obvious next logical step, and what would be a goal far beyond the boundaries of the common and probable?

In this first installment we will talk about what frames, and we will build iteratively until we create frameworks, personal frameworks and cultural frameworks, with the fundamental objective of sharing the mechanisms of creating our own frameworks to learn more and improve the effectiveness of this learning.

Frameworks are basically simplified representations of how the world works, they try to categorize and simplify things down to their key levers, they help solve problems more clearly.

Frames are crucial components for thinking about mental models, squaring or marking a situation, topic or phenomenon. One way to apply frameworks is to follow the way our brain organizes information.
Through sequential and relational memory. Sequential memory like when we create a recipe, in steps. Relational memory where our brain categorizes and simplifies information, of the latter there are 3 forms of mental categories, visual, functional and through concepts.

The first is through images that come to our mind, we access them and obtain the information.
The second where several categories may not be the same, but have the same function.
The third are conceptual categories, such as a map of conceptual relationships.

It is important to remember that different relationships between various concepts create contexts.
Information is already naturally organized into frames, we just need to be aware of them and start actively identifying them, the key to this is:

Becoming aware and actively structuring information to understand how the world works is a key step to mark reality and build understanding fully and quickly.

Gather frames of reference, not just conceptual ideas categorized on a given topic, but rather to a specific situation, this means not taking the categories that someone has made for you, but rather to reorganize the information so that they fit into categories that work for yourself.

Therefore, we must be aware of what those specific situations are for us because they will determine how we make sense of and use the information, which involves labeling and reorganizing in a different way.

Frameworks allow us to improve our paradigmatic flexibility.
